Mr. Bly is land use planning expert with a passion for neighborhood revitalization strategies and placemaking.

As Director of Acquisitions for Blue Cardinal Capital, Mr. Bly is responsible for site selection, identifying development project opportunities, vetting opportunities though quantitative and qualitative measures, developing and implementing acquisition strategies and cultivating relationships with brokers, property owners, developers and other commercial real estate professionals.

Mr. Bly earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from State University of New York College at Buffalo and while there, was awarded the 2015 Western New York American Planning Association Student of Merit Award.

An active member of the community both personally and professionally, Mr. Bly is a member of the Upstate New York Chapter of the Commercial Real Estate Developers Association (NAIOP), the Western New York American Planning Association, the Buffalo Niagara Partnership and its Development Advisory Council and is a youth football coach in his hometown.
